What is Greene diet exercise program? Greene Diet Exercise Program is a weight loss plan that completely relies on healthy eating and exercise. It is full weight loss diet exercise program and not just a weight loss program or a weight loss diet. The diet program mainly focuses on the daily exercise as routine which help to give the follower a healthy and longer life span. It does not require a change in eating habits or consumption of particular foods, but mainly stresses on adequate balanced diet intake and daily regular exercise. Regularly following the routine will help to maintain a healthy well being and appropriate weight throughout life. While going through the Greene diet program, it recommends consuming lots of vegetables, fruits and other nutritious food items that provide the vital nutrients to the body. It does not limit or restrict any eating habits but follower needs to make sure that food is healthy and being eaten only when he or she is hungry.
