Kelly Smith wants better start from England

England striker Kelly Smith says her side need to improve on the way they have started games so far at the Women's World Cup.
Smith's team face Japan in their third match of the tournament knowing that a win would see them top their group.
England drew their first game 1-1 against Mexico, but beat New Zealand 2-1 on Friday.
